ENGLISH: Each piece is carefully hand-made and I hope my jewelry will bring you as much pleasure to wear as I had in making it.
All my jewelry is registered and hallmarked with the appropriate stamps in accordance with the French laws.
All articles are delivered gift-wrapped.

Shipping:
Products are shipped by uninsured "Colissimo Simple" generally within a maximum of 4 days after receipt of the order. Exceptionally, this delay can be of up to 20 days if I am traveling due to a show. In this case you will be notified as soon as possible concerning shipping.
Products are delivered to the billing address appearing on the order form unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and appear on the order form and on the invoice just above and before the total cost unless a special offer applies.

All shipments include a receipt unless you specifically request delivery to another address (if it is a gift), in which case a separate invoice will be sent to the billing address.

Any complaints concerning the condition of the delivered goods, which may have suffered in transit, must be made directly to Colissimo immediately upon receipt of the package, with a written copy sent to L’Ange Est Là within forty-eight hours upon receipt of the package.

Guarantee:
At L’Ange Est Là your satisfaction is our priority and we take great pride in our products. All of our products are carefully handmade and are submitted to a strict quality control. All handmade silver jewelry is hallmarked in correspondence to the French rules and regulations. Each piece of jewelry is guaranteed for one year against flaws in manufacturing under the normal wear and tear for which the product is designed. We reserve the right to make the determination whether your return meets this criteria. All jewelry comes gift-wrapped, unless otherwise requested, and accompanied by its guarantee and authenticity card.

Cancellation and return policy

ENGLISH: In accordance with the French Code of Consumption concerning mail-orders, the Customer has a period of seven working days as of the day of the order to cancel a purchase without having to justify the decision or pay any penalties.
Return postage is at the expense of the Customer.

All products are to be returned via Colissimo, or in the case of delivery outside of France via another secure freight carrier, in their original packaging, undamaged and accompanied by all necessary documents. The Customer will be reimbursed the full price of the article(s)as soon as possible, no later than thirty days after receipt of the returned goods by L’Ange Est Là. Initial shipping costs as well as return shipping is at the Customer’s expense.

Postage and payment policy

ENGLISH: All postage is at the customer's expense. If more than one article is bought at the same time only one shipping fee will be charged. If you request ensured shipping please contact me for a quote. Payments can be made by bank transfer or Paypal. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to use it as a form of payment.
