Please check my policies for shipping terms. If you have purchased multiple items, products will be sent altogether, unless you advise otherwise.
Cancellation and return policy
Cooling off period of 7 days for a REFUND - if you decide that your item is not as described or unsuitable and as long as your item is returned to La La Loop within 7 days, with tags and in brand new condition, then a full refund will be given. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs. Outwith this, a 28 day return policy applies from the date of purchase, for credit note or exchange ONLY
After 28 days, only faulty goods may be returned. Exchanges, gift vouchers or full refunds are entirely at the discretion of La La Loop and will be for the current price for the product at the date they are received by La La Loop, including any reductions.
Where there is a delay in shipping over 21days due to carrier delays this results in a "special circumstance" and we will endeavour to remedy the situation as best we can.
Postage and payment policy
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
La La Loop is special because most of the products are exclusively made to order; This means that delivery time can take from 1 - 3 weeks depending on the time taken to make each individual product and the inter/national shipping involved. If you have purchased multiple items, products will be sent altogether, unless you advise otherwise.

UK SHIPPING
All UK orders are shipped via Recorded Delivery with Royal Mail. For your peace of mind Recorded Delivery has to be signed for by the recipient and includes proof of postage and receipt of delivery, transit insurance and Track & Trace (where you can trace your parcel online at www.royalmail.com ).
REST OF WORLD SHIPPING
All outside of UK orders are shipped via either Airsure (Registered Priority Mail) or International Signed For with Royal Mail. For your peace of mind both these shipping methods have to be signed for by the recipient and includes proof of postage and receipt of delivery, transit compensation and Track & Trace (where you can trace your parcel online at www.royalmail.com).
Average delivery guidelines from Royal Mail: 3 days for Western Europe, 4 days for Eastern Europe and 5 days for the rest of the World. Please note these are guidelines and La La Loop cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.
La La Loop endeavour to put the correct Customs Clarifications / Commodity Codes on parcels, but cannot be held responsible for import duties and charges.
