SHIPPING INSURANCE:
It is general practice to insure something when the insurance costs around 20% of the price, so I do not insure shipments worth Euros $150 or less, unless it is requested by the buyer. Please email me or convo me if you would like it at the time of the purchase. All insurance is paid for by the buyer. That said, I have great faith in the mail system and in my experience it is extremely rare to have something lost in the mail. Please contact me for more information.

Cancellation and return policy

RETURNS:
I take great care to post accurate, high-resolution photos of my drawings, that said if you are unsatisfied with the work you receive please let me know immediately. *Failure to contact me immediately upon receipt will mean that you have accepted the item as is. If you have a complaint, please contact me and we can work it out. As a last resort, if you are still unsatisfied, you may return the item. When I receive, I will refund the cost of the item (buyer assumes return shipping cost).

I will be able to send your stuff as soon as I receive your payment.
Shipments are sent via Correo Argentino which takes 15/20 days in arriving.
For the Registered service, I will provide to you with the number of tracking, except in those items where I clarify that the price of the shipment is by the Standard service.
