It was a gift and it was very well received. It was tried and found to be very good.

Great idea for a beer lover. Everything arrived quickly and safely packaged. Since I want to give the jelly as a gift, I unfortunately can't say anything about the taste. I am absolutely satisfied and thank you very much!

We can only test the quality of the jams after Christmas (Christmas presents). The cute glasses look like the pictures! Quite pretty!

Frequently asked questions

General

"Fruit spread or jam - what's the difference?"At the beginning of my "Landsüsse" time, I sat down with the food control and the public order office of my home district and explained the conditions and had my kitchen taken off.In Germany, there are very specific rules for this. The EU's jam regulation says it all. Anyone who sells their products outside of weekly markets and farm shops must comply with the regulation and the exact declaration.Colloquially, in most German-speaking parts of Europe, we refer to fruity spreads as jam. Since the Jam Regulation came into force in 1982, this term has only been reserved for one specific variant.

Difference between jam, jam & fruit spread

Fruit spreadsFruit spreads are not covered by the Jam Regulation. The sugar content is usually significantly reduced, which is good for the slim line.JamOnly fruit spreads made from citrus fruits may be called jam. On 1000g of jam come at least 200g of fruits. The sugar content is therefore quite high.JamHere all fruits may be processed, even in the mixed version. The fruit content is at least 350g per 1000g spread, but this is quite different for the different ones. Some exceptions such as .B. currants, quinces, passion fruit may have a lower minimum fruit content.
