Terms & Conditions

Welcome to my studio. All of my artwork is original and created either in my smoke free home studio in Paisley or in Scotland or abroad whilst on my travels. I do have two nutty cats in my home, but they are very disinterested in my artwork! I work only from life or from photographs I have taken myself. I use good quality artists materials in my art which should last a lifetime if looked after correctly. I am creating new art work on a regular basis and I am more than happy to do any commissions. Please contact me if you would like to see any images of previous successful commissions I have completed. I can draw or paint nearly anything, but I especially like to depict landscapes, buildings, animals and people. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.

Cancellation and return policy

All items can be refunded or exchanged, but customers have to arrange the return carriage. The return/exchange period is 7 working days. I will only refund once the artwork is in my home undamaged. I won't refund if the painting/drawing is the wrong size as I have detailed sizes on my DaWanda page. All of my images on my DaWanda page are as true to the original as possible.

For commissions I like to take 20% deposit, which is fully refundable if the customer really does not like the commission (unlikely!).

If the painting/drawing is damaged or lost in transit I will provide a full refund, but i will need evidence of this.

If you would like to cancel your sale please contact me through my Etsy page and I will terminate the sales for you.

Postage and payment policy

I will be using Royal Mail for all UK deliveries and Parcelforce for international deliveries. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs fees. I am not VAT registered so my artwork carried no VAT.

Once payment has been received I will send your painting/drawing the next working day and I will let you know when to expect your parcel. If you would like the parcel by recorded delivery please let me know.

All paintings and drawings will be wrapped in cellophane, with a stiff backing board, then wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged up in a carboard box or in a stiff envelope. I can post my work as a present to someone for you and can gift wrap and send a message for you. Let me know if you would like the parcel to arrive on a certain day or if you have any further requests.

If any local buyers would like to arrange to collect the painting/drawing please let me know. I also come into Glasgow on a daily basis so it's no problem to meet you in town somewhere. Let me know if you have any further questions.

I am happy to receive PayPal, personal cheques or bank transfers. Can all addresses please match your PayPal address. Payment would like to be received within 5 working days. Please contact me for any exceptions.
