Hello! My name is Maria.
I wish I could write here something romantic like that I’ve been crafting for years and then I decided to follow my passion and here I am, but my way was not so straightforward.
When I was a kid, I knitted, embroidered and played with different materials, but never took it seriously; it was just fun for me.
A few years ago I decided to quit my previous career in human rights and start something new. I had no idea what to do and gave myself a couple of months
to think about it.
In spare time, just to entertain myself, I started beading. I made one bracelet for myself, then another one, then I made another one and since I enjoyed the process, I figured out that I don’t need so many bracelets, but I couldn’t stop making them. So I considered selling jewellery.
Last year my item has been featured in “Popular Crafts” (Issue 4) and that encouraged me to start my own business. And then here I am.
