Cancellation and return policy

For returns you need to contact me within 7 days after receiving your items.

All postage fees will be paid by you for the return and on receiving the item a refund (minus the initial postage) will be processed immediately or a new item shipped out to you with postage paid by me.

Postage and payment policy

All items are sent by air mail and may take between 3-12 business days to arrive. Please allow extra time for Customs as in some cases they can be quite slow in allowing goods through.
