Cancellation and return policy
I allow returns or exchanges on my items only if they are not as described, for 3 days after you've received the package but please contact me first to discuss. Items must be shipped back to me at your cost by registerd mail only and in the same packaging. I refund or exchange purchase on price minus shipping costs that means item cost only.
Postage and payment policy
Payment
PayPal is the preferable payment method. You can also pay with your credit card through PayPal without having a Paypal account.If you prefer to pay If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you have to expect a surcharge of 2 €.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. It is simple and understandable and covers the gamut of taxes and tariffs that various countries may charge.
Shipping
Orders are shipped registered mail only if asked for it after ordering and before paying with an extra cost of 2,50 euros, so each package will have a unique tracking number, that is more expensive than regular post, but it means there is no need to worry about packages getting lost or misplaced.
I ship within 3-5 days after payment if item is allready made but if mentioned -by order -i will be able to send it within 15 days as time for making, drying and firing 3-4 times is necessary for my items as they are all handmade.
Also note that no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.
Jewelry is shipped inside a gift box that protects them from breaking and are ready for gift giving.
