Cancellation and return policy
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but there may be some occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned in perfect, unused condition and with the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty. When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

All our products are luxuriously packaged and sent to you in a cerise gift box with a black ribbon.
