Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept returns, but I do accept exchanges/store credit if your item doesn't fit.

If any part of your piece gets broken or no longer functions, (the clasps/chain/etc), please ship it back to me and I will fix it free of charge. All I ask is for you to pay shipping to my address, and I’ll fix it and send it back to you. If there is something wrong with the focal antique or vintage piece, I can’t fix that—these are antique pieces and I doubt I’ll be able to find many of these again. Essentially, I’m offering a guarantee for my craftsmanship.

Postage and payment policy

I only accept Paypal. I'm sorry, but I am unable to accept bank transfers, checks or cash at this time.

Postage to many countries is still something I'm exploring. I ask one flat rate of $6 USD.
