Cancellation and return policy

If, from any reason, you are not satisfied with the jewel that you ordered, you may send it back to me within 3 days after receiving the parcel. Please give me a notice by mail the same day you sent it.
The jewel sould be returned in its original package. Refuned will be send to you (shiping costs excluded) within 3 days after I have received the jewel in the state in which it was sent to you. You should keep the post receipt.
In case the package will get lost on the mail, I will not be held liable in anyway (in any case I save the post receipt).
I cant accept returns on earings, due to sanitary issues.

Postage and payment policy

All products will be send to you within
3-7 working days, after payment has received, unless it is a special order, which will be discussed with the costumer.
Products will be send with a priority mail. If you are interested in a different tipe of shipment (registered, insured and so on), please, contact me prior to the order, so we can work it out.
If you order more then one item, it will be send to you in one package in order to save the shipment costs. However, if shipment in one package is not possible, the buyer will pay for the multiply shipment costs.
