Failure to contact me immediately upon receipt will mean that you have accepted the item as is. If you have a complaint, please contact me and we can work it out.


Cancellation and return policy

If there are any problems with your order please let me know ASAP.

I want to make sure to fix any situation quickly and in a manner that will correct the problem.

I do apply the 28 day refund policy, from day of purchase. So anytime after that unfortunately there is no refund.


Postage and payment policy

I ship all my work very carefully and with lots of love. I would hate for your painting to arrive damaged in any way. I do my utmost to ensure that they are secure for postage world wide.

I ship all of my paintings in a box stuffed with a combination of bubble wrap and paper. My paintings are all posted 1st class.

I usually ship within 2-3 days after payment is received. If you need it posted sooner please let me know. Also, if you would like insurance or confirmation delivery please let me know.
