Terms & Conditions
All items shown in the photos are ready for sending, so I can ship out products within 24 - 48 hours. They will be shipped from Croatia,Europe by Post (registered mail - by air) unless otherwise requested (shipping cost will be reflective of that) .
You will receive a tracking number to follow the path of your shipment. Delivery time to Europe destinations is approximately 6-12 working days.
The vast majority of items will arrive well within this time frame but times are dependent on the postal service in your country which means that occasionally they can take longer so please allow up to 25 business days.
Buyer is responsible for all duty and customs charges incurred.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS IN GERMANY - I must inform you that in case you do not receive your shipment within 10 working days-your shipment is probably retained at custom office then, please, check the status of shipment at your post office. Cancellation and return policy
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please let me know and I will do what I can to make it perfect for you. All sales are final within 15 days of receiving the product.
No two handmade items are going to be identical, so please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos.
