Terms & Conditions

 Initial orders are payable by proforma invoice by cheque. Items remain the property of Pieces of You until paid for in full.

 Order will be confirmed in writing.

 Credit terms can be agreed on bank and need of referencing. Agreement will be 30 days net on issue of invoice.

 There is no minimum order

Cancellation and return policy

 A lead time of at least 2 weeks is required before orders are despatched.

 All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Any returns must be authorised and will be credited to your account.

 No claims will be accepted if products are altered in any way.

 Delivery time is 4-6 weeks. Products are not necessarily in stock, please check quantities and timelines prior to placing an order. Larger quantities may require production.
