I always ship by Dutch priority (air)mail, with no insurance. It is very expensive from The Netherlands. But if you want it with a tracking number and insurance let me know before you buy and I'll make an add for you with the right shipping costs.

I ship within 10 days after I receive your payment. Unless I have to make it for you. Than I send you an e-mail about how long it will take. It usually takes from 8 to 20 days to get to you.

All jewellery are handmade and therefore unique. It is possible that the product differ from the picture on DaWanda.

Cancellation and return policy

Should you be unhappy with any products received,please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item and I will provide you with a return address. I will accept your return in it's original, unworn condition. Refunds are made excluding shipping costs.

I can replace your order if you provide me a photo of the dammage but I'm not responsible for loss or dammage caused by the shipping or by wrong use.

Each refund/exchange is handled on an individual basis.

Postage and payment policy

I can only accept a banktransfer. Payment must me received in 7 days after purchase, after that time I'll erase order. If you need a delay please let me know before buying. Thank you
