Cancellation and return policy

Different types of expedition can be chosen depending on the weight/dimensions of the object.
I rarely send stuff via ordinary mail, I prefer registered mail or couriers.
Infact when these kinds of expeditions are used your parcel can be traced through a code. It will be given by the Post Office and will allow you to follow up with your parcel’s journey by logging in the Italian Mail System website.
I also use resistant and protective packages in order to assure the objects’ integrity.
Should you have any complaint about broken objects (it might happen in spite of my attention in making packages) please contact me, we will reach an agreement.

Il tipo di spedizione varia a seconda delle dimensioni/ingombro/peso dell'oggetto, utilizzo raramente posta prioritaria prediligendo la posta raccomandata o il pacco postale, perchè più sicuro e tracciabile (al momento della spedizione viene fornito un codice che permette di controllare il tragitto del pacco collegandosi al sito delle poste italiane).
Faccio il possibile affinchè la creazione arrivi a destinazione intatta utilizzando imballi resistenti e protettivi.
Se nonostante l'attenzione che pongo nel confezionare gli oggetti dovesse arrivarvi qualcosa rotto, contattatemi, ne parleremo insieme.
