PACKAGING
Each piece comes in its very own edgy RockLove gift box to ensure safe travel and storage. Ready to be given as a present to whoever inspires you most.

JEWELRY CARE
All RockLove jewelry is hand cast from the finest nickel-free sterling silver (925). It is hypoallergenic and will not rub off on your skin. Be reminded that the pieces are purposely antiqued in various gradients for stylistic affect. We recommend that you do not wear these pieces in the shower or a chlorinated pool since it can alter the oxidization levels. We also recommend that you do not sleep in these pieces since any loose jewelry can become entangled, snagged, and possibly broken – plus it is a precaution for your own safety.

Cancellation and return policy

RETURN POLICY
Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund/issue a store credit for your purchase (minus shipping) upon receipt of the item(s) in original condition. All proofs of shipment (printed receipts from the post office) are filed and kept for six months or until you contact us confirming that your jewelry has arrived. Please note that all pieces are fully insured, and if you suspect your pieces were lost in the mail; please wait an adequate amount of time before contacting us. We will then submit a claim to USPS, and only after they confirm will we send you a new item free of charge. This is to protect ourselves from false claims and to protect you from losing your item without reimbursement or a replacement.

Postage and payment policy

SHIPPING
Packages will be shipped First Class Mail with USPS (the United States Postal Service) and insured -free for you- at our discretion (usually anything over $50). Orders will be processed 1-3 days after payment, Monday to Friday. We will not process or ship any orders on national holidays; however, if you need an item within a certain window of time (ie – a rush delivery in time for a birthday), please contact us and we will try to make your deadline.

RockLove is an independent company and every one of our items is carefully made by hand. Some of these items are made as you order. During the holiday season, RockLove reserves the right to put your order on brief backorder – we will let you know immediately if we are out of stock, informing you of when we expect to ship your finished items, and if you prefer, we will grant you a full refund.

We combine shipping for multiple orders and ship worldwide.

Please note that if you are outside the United States, shipping can take up to 1-3 weeks to arrive at your door. Please be patient - usually customs is responsible for the delay.
