Personalized Handstamped Jewelry requires 2-3 weeks for production. i will always do my best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Cancellation and return policy
Due to the custom, personalized nature of my creations, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. However I do stand behind my own product, and will offer minor repairs to any of my jewelry within the first 60 days from the date of shipping.
I will correct any spelling errors, incorrect item sent, wrong birthstone etc. if I am contacted within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise.
Return shipping fees (to send the order back to me) is the responsibility of the buyer. Unless it was my error, in which case you will be credited the shipping fees after the item is returned.

Postage and payment policy
Canada shipping is $1.99 flat rate, USA is $1.99 Flat Rate and everywhere else is $4.99 and $0.00 for each additional item.
