POLICY PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Pricing:
Our shopping cart automatically shows prices in US dollars. Prices will be subject to fluctuation due to international exchange rates and we reserve the right to amend prices without notice. All items are listed subject to availability and release. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment options:
We accept payment through Paypal and Bank Transfer. They are internationally recognized safe payment methods and you can apply to those very easily if you have an account Paypal or the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Eurocard, Delta, Switch/Maestro/Solo, Cirrus and Electron or a Bank Account.
Please note that we cannot accept Postal orders, Western Union and cheques.
Delivery Method:
For big orders, we use DHL.
For small orders, we use registered airmail provided by Thailand Postal Service.
All cleared order will be dispatched within 48/72 hours if the items are in stock. We will email you to confirm dispatch and provide tracking number where used.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are placing an order as a consumer, and not in the course of a business, you have the right to cancel your order as following conditions:
1. You must notify us within seven days, starting the day after you receive the goods, if you wish to return them for any reason.
2. We will then accept return of the goods and refund the purchase price plus your delivery costs within 30 days. However you must bear the cost of returning the goods to us.
3. No claim will be entertained once the item has been used in any way.
