ENGLISH:
I kindly request that all purchases are paid for within 7 days of order. Orders which are not paid are subject to a Dawanda payment reminder & will subsequently be cancelled due to non-receipt of payment.
*Please be aware that although I photograph my items in natural light the product colours may appear different in the online pictures depending on the computer screen and the browser used.

Sollte nach Ablauf dieser Frist und nach erfolgloser Dawanda Zahlunsgerinnerung keine Zahlung eingegangen sein, wird der Kauf annulliert.
* Bitte nehmen Sie zur Kenntnis, dass ich alle meine Produkte selber im natürlichen Tageslicht fotografiere, so dass sich die Farben auf meinen hochgeladenen Bildern je nach den tagesabhängigen Lichtverhältnissen unterscheiden können. Ebenfalls können sich visuelle Unterschiede bei der Darstellung und Betrachtung meiner Bilddateien auf verschiedenen Computern bzw. Monitoren ergeben.

Postage & Packaging:
Delivery costs are dependent on the size of the order and its country of destination. The following regions are those which I am currently able to deliver to:
Germany:
Free delivery is sent with uninsured Post.
Delivery costs under €5 are sent with uninsured Post.
Delivery costs of €5 and up are sent with Hermes Paket Insured Delivery.

Should you require insured delivery but have delivery charges totalling less than 5€ please include a request in the message box provided during check-out.
Please be aware: Selecting uninsured Post delivery is the customers own risk. I provide insured shipping options and do not take responsibility for lost uninsured Post deliveries.

EU member countries & International:
All deliveries are sent with registered (signed for) Post.
