Cancellation and return policy

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 5 business days after receiving the item. You'll get a full refund (less postage) if the item is sent back unworn and in original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping. No refunds on most of the custom orders – please contact me first and we will try to find a solution.

Postage and payment policy

Items are shipped within three business days after receiving payment. I always ship priority mail. You will receive an email notification as soon as your parcel is in the mail. Shipments to Europe or the U.S.A. usually take between 8-10 days.

Gift wrapping: All items come wrapped as gifts. If it is a multiple order, it will usually be wrapped as one package, unless you ask for individual gift wrapping.
