Cancellation and return policy

1. Refunds will be given if you are not 100% satisfied or it is not as described. For a refund to be processed, it must be returned within 7 days of purchase, the item must be in the original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, you will be refunded less the shipping fees
2. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and I will see what I can do.
3. Custom orders are neither refundable or exchangeable.

Postage and payment policy

1. I accept paypal.
bank transfer ONLY for residents of The Netherlands.

2. ship within 2 days after payment.

THE NETHERLANDS:
i will use the table of TNT post to calculate the postage costs (by weight).

INTERNATIONAL:
1. All international customers are responsible for any tax/duty fees that may occur.
2. I ship with Priority Airmail.
Usually it takes 2-3 business days within Europe and 5-6 business days to non European countries.
