Handmade goods
All items in my shop St. Anderswo are made by hand and are not always absolutely identical in construction, shape or colour. The purchaser accepts that. Accordingly, St. Anderswo will not accept returns or exchanges of handmade goods because of the not absolutely identical in construction, shape or colour than items seen in the shop.
Privacy
All personal information will be kept private and be used strictly for shipping and billing purposes. Your information will not be distributed to any third person.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you aren't happy with your item please, just convo me and we'll solve this problem. You can also send your order back when it's in the original condition and I'll give you a refund.
Returns Policy
St. Anderswo exchanges or refunds any item of your order if you are not satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 7 days of your order being shipped. All tags must be intact for the return/exchange to be processed. All items must be returned unworn and in the condition in which they were received. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping to return the item cannot be refunded.
Postage and payment policy
Payment
In my shop PayPal or bank transfer is used for all payments. Please note that, in case you do not have PayPal, you can as well use your credit card within the PayPal menu. For bank transfer please use SEPA and click "sender pays commissions".
Please pay within 7 days.
Delivery and Shipping
St. Anderswo delivers worldwide.
All items are shipped via Deutsche Post which does include tracking.
Once ordered the product will be sent out within 3 to 5 days.
Import Duties
If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. i have no control over such charges and please be aware these may cause a delay to your delivery. Full payment will be required before the order is dispatched.
