i accept paypal and credit card payments! i do not accept cheques or money orders as the bank is too far from me and it just creates hassle and extra time for me i find it much easier when everything is done online because i work full time so need all the time i can get to make stuff!

sometimes it can take me a while to get items posted out since i am working a full time job and am so busy at the moment since sales are picking up and im working more hours! however i will always keep you updated so you will know what is happening if i am a little late in sending out packages! i normally get them sent out within one week!

Cancellation and return policy

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Sometimes the Post Office messes up and i can not afford to pay for their mistakes.

I ship from the Post Office and online ( depending when my printer actually works) & always get a receipt so I know the date your item went out.
im afraid I do not give refunds on lost packages Pay Pal & Etsy's policy on lost orders states that if I can prove I shipped the item (i.e. have a receipt with the date & your postcode on it) that I am not liable to refund or reship. Lost packages are really upsetting to me & I am as upset about it as you are when it happens, but I can't loose money on these packages if you opt for no insurance.

Postage and payment policy

i post everything first class! if you would like your parcel to be insured please let me know BEFORE you buy it and we can arrange this, i will change the listing to the new price. i will ask you for the extra cost of the insurance!
