Orders are sent within 5 work days after received payment. All orders are well packed. Strawbunny is not responsible for damaging or getting lost of a sending.

Cancellation and return policy

Email me within 5days if you are not happy. Communicate the reason why you are not. Strawbunny takes contact with you about the possibility of returning the product/products. The products must be returned in original packing with attached label.
Costs and risk of sending the products is for the customer.
If to this is satisfied the purchase amount is paid.

Postage and payment policy

You can make your payment by Paypal. I don´t accept creditcard transfers. (sorry)
