Cancellation and return policy

Orders may only be cancelled up until payment has been received.
Returns are only accepted where a product is delivered damaged please contact me first if this is the case. I do ensure all products are free from damage before delivery. Where possible items damaged will be fixed and returned to the buyer postage free. If a product is unable to be repaired then you will be offered a similar cost item or a refund.

Postage and payment policy

The price for postage includes packing and reflects the weight of the item.

I only accept paypal payments and items will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving a cleared payment by royal mail standard first class delivery. Arrangements can also be made for special and recorded delivery on items that are shipped within the UK these are charged at 1.20 EUR for recorded delivery and 3.00 EUR for special delivery. Please contact me before purchase if you wish to add these options on to your order.
