Cancellation and return policy

-All payment must be received within 24 hours of purchases.

I ship with PRIORITY mail, because it is cheaper for you, if you want registered mail, or insured, write me before buying.
Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address for
purchases. In the event that Dawanda and PayPal show two different addresses, your package will be shipped to the Paypal address.
Shipping within Europe normally takes 5-8 working days. Shipping to the USA and other countries outside Europe takes approximately 10-20 days.
Packages sent to countries outside the European Union are occasionally delayed by customs, this is out of our control and we request that you factor this eventuality into the delivery time. It does not happen often, but it can happen.
