Cancellation and return policy

Items to be returned un-damaged in original packaging. If item arrives damaged, please email me.

Postage and payment policy

I try to keep my postage charges as low as possible, and will always try to combine items (if you pay for separate postages and I find I can combine them, I will always refund excess postage paid.) For UK destinations, jewellery items need to be sent via Special Delivery, which includes insurance. For non-UK destinations, jewellery containing precious metals or stones need to be insured.
