§ 1 Purview
MEISTERKLUFT (from now on referred to as TISKET) sells its products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.

(2) All prices are in Euro. Measurements are in cm.
§ 2 Contract
(1) When you place an order with TISKET you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. This confirmation is not an acceptance of your offer but serves only to inform you that the order has been received.
The contract will only come into being when the goods have been sent and when the delivery has been confirmed on the DaWanda -website.
(2) Please ensure that the details you provide are correct and complete. Notify us immediately of any changes to your details.
(3) TISKET reserves the right to remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. The customer is not liable for costs in the case of cancelled orders.
§ 3 Payment
The purchase price is due in advance. You can pay for the purchase during your online order by paypal, wire transfer, voucher or credit card.
§ 4 Shipping Charges
(1) Free shipping within Germany, excl. islands.
(2) Fixed rate of €5 for shipping to German Islands and EU-countries.
(3) Shipping and shipping charges to all other countries on request.
Please note: the customer is liable for any duties the delivery may incur.
§ 5 Delivery Time
Upon receipt of payment:
(1) Within Germany: 3-4 weeks
(2) Abroad: up to 6 weeks, depending on destination
Please keep in mind that bank transfers often take a few days.
§ 6 Delivery
Delivery may not be possible in the following cases:
- the front door of the delivery address is too small
- there is nobody present at the delivery address to receive the goods
In such cases the customer is liable for any costs incurred.
Cancellation and return policy
German law guarantees a 14-day "Right to Return”. Orders can be revoked in writing within 14 days, or upon return of the goods. Note that the customer is not required to provide a reason for return. The 14 day return period begins a minimum 7 working days from receipt of the ordered goods. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

Refunds
In the case of an effective cancellation the full purchase price will be returned. This is conditional on successful return of the goods to Tisket. In certain cases a fee for use of the product may be due. If you have returned the goods in an extremely poor condition you are obliged to pay the full sales price. Goods should be returned in the original packaging. Delivery costs incurred in the case of return of unwanted goods or exchanges are to be paid by the customer.
Refunds are not possible in the following cases: orders which were fully adjusted to customer specifications; orders which were clearly tailored to the customer's needs; products which cannot be returned due to their specific nature.
