Everything we sell is returnable. If you don't like an item, return it to us and, as soon as we receive it, we will refund your money MINUS the shipping charges.

We want all of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase.

Cancellation and return policy

POLICIES

We ship all of our things to you via International Airmail with Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number. It usually takes between about 8 days and 3 weeks to the US (average though is about 10 days) and between 5 days and 10 days to Europe. We also ship everything within 24-48 hours of your purchase so we do try to get it to you as fast as possible!

We will send you an e-mail when we receive your order telling you exactly when it will ship to you.

We also accept all returns (minus the shipping costs) if you are not happy with your purchase (although we've never had an unhappy customer :-)

PAYMENTS

We only accept PayPal or Google Checkout. Sorry we CANNOT accept money order or checks, they are very expensive to process in Thailand. If you want to pay with Google Checkout please send us a message us AFTER you've made your purchase and we'll send you a GC invoice. Thankyou :)
