Terms & Conditions

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are your responsibility. I can not be held responsible for parcels once they leave my hands.

Please note - Jewellery pieces are not toys. Please do not give to small children as beads and other small pieces pose a choking hazard.

Please note - The items I sell must only be used for the designed purpose. If items are used outwith their design any faults or breakages are the sole responsibility of the buyer. No exchanges will be made in these cases.

Cancellation and return policy

Products will be held for 7 days and then re-listed if no payment is received. Please contact me if payment will be late as soon as you can, thanks.

I have full confidence in the products I sell. I make them carefully and only sell what I would be happy to buy myself. I photograph and describe my items carefully. For these reasons I do not take returns.

Postage and payment policy

I accept paypal and expect payment within 2 days, thankyou. I will accept e-cheques also but please note this type of payment takes longer to clear and I will post once it is clear. You can pay by credit card through paypal.

I will combine postage price for multiple items, please contact me for a price, thanks :)

I package goods carefully with box and bubble wrap where appropriate. Shipping costs include the price of the packing.

I post items out on the first available day after the payment has cleared. I can post mon - fri excluding holiday mondays etc.

The seller can't be held responsible for any errors made by the postal service. I normally send recorded but a certificate of posting is obtained if buyer does not wish to pay for recorded.
