Terms & Conditions

::::: My products are shipped in a padded envelope via TNT Post. Orders of larger quantity are sent in a box. All items are shipped as a Registered Priority Mail, unless otherwise stated. A signature is required upon delivery. If there is no one to sign for it a note will be left in your mailbox for you to collect the item at the post office in person. If this arrangement is not convenient to you and you prefer the order to be shipped unregistered please let me know.

:::: I am not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address. There is no refund for items sent to a wrong address.

::::: Orders are not insured and do not have a tracking number. I do not give refund for lost packages. Insurance costs a little extra. Please contact me for information if you would like to have your item shipped with insurance or shipped via Express Mail.

::::: It takes between 3 and 7 working days for the shipping to reach customers in Europe and 7 and 14 working days to customers outside Europe. After I leave the order at the post office I do not have any control over it. There might be a delay, the item being held at the Customs, etc.

:::: If you have not received your item after 3 weeks from the date it was shipped please do not leave a neutral or negative feedback. Please kindly contact me and I am more than happy to help solve the problem.

::::: Customers are responsible for the taxes or fees claimed by the Customs.


Cancellation and return policy

::::: I am more than happy to answer any questions about the product you would like to buy. Be well informed about the purchase you make to be sure that it is what you want to buy and you understand the conditions that come with the purchase.

::::: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you bought please send it back for full refund, providing that you have not used it and send it back within 5 days of receipt . However, the shipping fee is not refundable.

::::: If you would like to exchange the product you have bought with another item in my shop please send it back. After I have checked that the item has not been used and is in a good condition I will send the new item to you and pay for the shipping cost.

::::: Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to send the order back to me either for refund or exchange.

::::: Products that have been customized in any way are final sales.

::::: Credit card payments are handled through PayPal. You could pay for your purchase using a credit card or an eCheck via PayPal without having to have a PayPal account.
