Cancellation and return policy

Please read with care the descriptions and convo me if you like to know more about the item. I'll be happy to give you all the help that you need to make your purchase (and to be happy with it!).
I want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied please contact me and we will try to settle every problem.
You can return the item within 7 days of reception, in unworn and undamaged condition, and I will refund you through paypal.
For hygiene reasons I do not accept any returns for earrings.
Sorry but shipping costs are NOT refundable.

Convo me if you need more time, I can wait without problem, but is absolutely necessary that you send me an e-mail.
If I don't receive the payment, or your convo, within 3 days, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and to relist the item.
{SHIPPING}
I combine shipping too.
Every item from my shop comes to you in a lovely package, If it's to make a present, I can add a small card of your part, just say it to me in comment during your order or convo me.
I will send you a convo when I will receive payment, and when I will ship your item, so you will be sure that all is ok!
From May 1st shipments are 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
>For orders below 40€ (excluding delivery fees) I ship world wide with International Priority Airmail (NO delivery confirmation and NO tracking number) because it is cheaper for you.
If you prefer registered mail CONVO ME BEFORE PAYMENT and I'll upgrade your shipping fees.
>For Europe all orders from 40€ (excluding delivery fees) is sent by registered mail (wiht tracking number & delivered against signature) no extra shipping costs for customers.
