Terms & Conditions

All sales are final, returns or exchanges will be allowed at our discretion, as each item is custom made to order. For custom designs and creations, we require a non-refundable deposit, and any custom orders will not be considered for return or exchange.
International customers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or the like.
We are not responsible for lost packages or parcels if shipping insurance is not purchased. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us, we would be happy to arrange it!

Cancellation and return policy

Buyer pays actual postage and handling.
We do not accept returns as each item is custom made to order. Exchanges will be allowed at our discretion and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue!

Postage and payment policy

All postage must be paid up-front. We do not accept COD orders, and in the event that an item is exchanged or returned, shipping charges already paid will be forfeited and are non refundable. We currently accept PayPal as our primary payment method, however, we are open to other options. Please contact us if you wish to place an order, but prefer to pay with an alternate method.
