Cancellation and return policy

We will gladly take returns or exchanges for all items (PLEASE NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS) as long as they are returned within 7 days of receipt and in it's original packaging and condition. We do require that you email us at customerservice@veronicawillingham.com for an RA# (return authorization number) so we can quickly expedite the transaction for you. All returns/exchanges must have an R.A. number. Items returned without an R.A. WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Refund does not include shipping charges. Items damaged due to shipping will be replaced, according to insurance paid on shipment (IF ANY). Repairs are available. Email us at customerservice@veronicawillingham.com concerning repairs.
