Please remit payment within 3 days of ordering.

Bank Transfer: accepted; please note it may take up to 72 hours for new transfers to clear and items will only be posted when payment has cleared.
All our stickers are made of semi permanent matt vinyl: this means they will last 5 years at least.... but no worries…if you get tired you can remove them from the wall any time and they won’t leave any marks. Vinyl is a very thin and flexible material, it can be applied on every smooth, clean surface and on edges or corners.

FAQ

1)On which surfaces can I apply my Vinyl Wall Design wall sticker?

You can apply your sticker on any clean, smooth surface like walls, doors, windows, also on timber floor, tables or mirrors. Stickers are not suitable for wallpaper due to the fact that they would damage it on removal.
If your walls are rendered or porous the vinyl won’t adhere.

2)If my wall is freshly painted can I apply the stickers?

We advise that you wait a couple of weeks before applying your wall sticker.

3)Can I apply my sticker in the bathroom?

Yes, just make sure there is no humidity or steam at the moment of application.

4)Can I apply the stickers on my own?

Yes, you can, with patience and accuracy for bigger designs. We suggest you to position your sticker on the wall with some masking tape to be sure you’re happy with the composition, then start the process of peeling and sticking. All the instruction on how to apply will be provided with the sticker.

5)How long will my sticker last?

Vinyl Wall Design decals are made of mat vinyl, a semi permanent material that will last at least 5 years. Because it’s semi permanent it won’t leave any marks on removal.

6)Can I request one of your stickers in a different size or colour?
Yes you can, we will try to accommodate your requests. Colours are subject to availability and the change in size might vary the price of the product.

Cancellation and return policy

Please note: Vinyl Design decals are easy to apply but require a little patience and attention; if a decal has been damaged during installation we won’t give any refund. Vinyl Wall Design is not responsible for problems or issues with the surface you’re applying the sticker to.
If you are in any way unhappy with your item, please contact us directly and we’ll try to accommodate you.
In the case of an exchange or a refund, this won’t include the shipping cost and the item has to be returned at the buyer expanse.

Postage and payment policy

Our vinyl wall stickers are cut to order, we will ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment for orders not exceeding 5 pieces; allow 5 business days for orders of more then 5.
All items are shipped from Australia with Australia Post, transit times are as follow:
2-4 business days within Australia
3-10 business days Europe, States, Asia (air mail)
