Cancellation and return policy

Compensation is applicable only if the post office confirms that the registered mail is lost and undelivered. Maximum compensation is capped by the post office. Process and time taken varies depending on the situation.

If there is no payment received within 7 days your order will be canceld.

Postage and payment policy

Shipping Time
- Upon confirmation I will post the items within 48 hours. I will email you once it is posted.
-Domestic (Portugal): approximately 1 to 4 business days.
-International: approximately 3-10 days business days

I use registered mail only.

Combined shipping discount is available if payment is in a single payment and sent to 1 shipping address.
