When you place an order with Vivifromage, you are making an offer to buy goods. Vivifromage will send you an e-mail to confirm that she has received your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that Vivifromage has made a pricing mistake, Vivifromage will advise you of this and will send you a refund if you already paid. There will be no contract between you and Vivifromage.
If the goods you order are not available, Vivifromage may offer you substitute goods - you can decide not to accept the substitute goods.

Cancellation and return policy

♥ Conditions
You can cancel your contract before delivery, and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this, please e -mail Vivifromage. Vivifromage will refund your money, excluding the original postage charges, within 30 days.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to Vivifromage at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to Vivifromage, and this results in damage or deterioration, Vivifromage will charge you for the reduction in value.
This policy does not apply to the custom orders, which are exempt from the right to cancel.

Vivifromage cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit.
Taking out enough postal insurance to cover their value is highly recommended. You can contact Vivifromage before placing your order to know all the shipping options and their costs.
By default, the goods will be sent with Prority International mail (no insurance, no tracking number)
