I prefer you to ask whatever you want before ordering, this is gonna be easier for both parts. All the items I publish are in STOCK so, the one you order is going to be the same you receive. I ship the items 24 h after receiving the confirmation. If you want to cancel, do it before this time. If you order on fridays or during the weekends the items are going to be ship on monday. I always use La Poste.

Cancellation and return policy

If you want to cancel your order you have 24 hours to do it.
If the item is damaged when arrives I only goign to accept it back if you send it within 48hs. I'm not responsible of shipping costs.
I always do a quality check to all of them but in the case you need an item to be repared you can send it to within 30 days after your purchase. I'm not responsible for shipping costs.

Postage and payment policy

I accept Paypal, wire transfer bank in my european bank account, Cash on delivery and if you are in FRANCE I accept Personal Checks.
Orders will be ship once I receive the payment.

Time: Shipping will take place as soon as I receive your payment (within 24hs).

Packaging: I wrap all my products carefully and send them in envelopes or boxes according to the size of the items.

Delays:I ship via Priority Airmail La Poste, and is the only courrier I use.
Average international deliveries are
Europe: 4-5 working days
United States and Canada: 7-9 working days
Rest of the world: 10-12 days
Exceptionally it can be a delay of 20-25 days (never happened to me!)

How I dispatch them?

For items and orders of
1-50 euros: Shipping Priority Airmail (not refundable if lost)
50-100 euros: Shipping Priority Registered Recorded Airmail (50% refundable if lost)
Above 100 euros: Shipping Priority Registered Recorded Insurance and Tracking number or signature confirmation (100% refundable if lost)

International customs and taxes are not my responsability.
