Please have in mind that all my prices are given inclusive 21 % VAT.

Items are carefully packed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. When packaging, I use recycled materials as much as possible, trying to be friendly for the environment.

DELIVERY TIME:
- 1 day to The Netherlands
- 3 to 5 days to Europe
- 5 to 10 business days to USA and Canada.

TRACKING NUMBER: The standard shipping DOES NOT include tracking number. But if want you can choose for insured shipping or track and trace number options when purchasing. It is not often, but it happens - an item could be damaged or lost at shipping (thankfully, by now I have just 3 slightly damaged items out of more then 700 sales).

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. As far as I know my ITEMS DO NOT REQUIRE IMPORT TAXES. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I ship all items from The Netherlands by PostNL, which is very safe but unfortunately a bit expensive when it comes to parcels. Combined shipping is always the best way to reduce shipping costs. For vintage items with combined shipping, please contact me before checking out for exact costs.

**** PLEASE NOTE that the artist retains copyrights. Images are not to be reproduced without permission. If you buy a painting for a present, the recipient of your gift may not copy or reproduce or used it in any way for commercial purposes.

**** Please note that the artist could still sell prints of this painting after the original is sold. In order to keep my prices affordable, I might use the images of my paintings on different paper products or other merchandise. The buyer agrees on these conditions by buying this item.

**** Fine Art prints / Giclee prints should be kept away from direct sun light, framed behind glass. Same applies for watercolor paintings. This way you will enjoy them for a very long time.
