All items sold will be shipped within one working day after receipt of payment.

All paitings, prints and otehr artwork is sold as seen and discribed. All colours shown may not match exactly with the original piece. Please bear in mind that colours on a screen are not shown equal to the original. Slight differences may occour.

The use of any image of one of my paintings, photographs, digital art and other artwork is for private use only.
Any kind of commercial use, publishing, distribution and or manipulation for such purpose is strictly forbidden and will be procsecuted.

Cancellation and return policy

Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of purchase.
If, for any reason, the item you receive is damaged or not as discribed, we accept returns within 7 working days.
Please contact us before sending an item back.
In case of sending an item back, the original packing or equal packing must be used to ensure safe transport.
Returns which get damaged during return due to poor packaging can not be accepted.
Refunds will be given within 2 working days upon receipt of the returned item.

Postage and payment policy

Accepted payment methods are Bank transfer and PayPal.
If you wish to pay via cheque or other methods, please contact us before buying.

Items will be shipped within one working day after payment is received in full.
