5 out of 5 starsBeautiful. This handmade knit hood and mittens are on a whole new level of high quality. I love them so much I'm tempted to wear them in the summer. Absolutely lovely and can't be duplicated. You'll not find this impeccable quality in any high end store. Thank you sooo much!

How do I make a return?
You want to make a return, notify me within 3 days and make your return in the shipping packaging, correctly and securely closed. The package must be returned with a tracking number that will be sent to me.Please note that some items cannot be returned (see above). This is the case, for example, for items made to measure or customized to your colors.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will be made upon receipt of the item if all conditions are met.
Are the colors on the site reliable?
We do our best to obtain the highest quality images so that the photos are reliable. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the colors will be as accurate on your computer screen. Each screen displays colors differently, some will appear darker than they actually are, others more intense. In addition, when you choose a color for a personalized order, the balls delivered may be of different dye baths from that of the manufacturer's photo. All this can therefore lead to slight differences in color between the image and reality.
Why does my wool lose its fibers or fluff?
Wools can lose their fibers because they have not been twisted enough to hold them together. All yarns have excess fiber (since manufacture) and thus can lint or shed, to varying degrees depending on how the wool was spun. It is therefore impossible to guarantee that there will be no fiber loss.Place the garment in a plastic bag in the freezer. Leave in the freezer for a few hours and shake again.Wash the garment following the directions on the strip. Garments knitted with long fiber yarns (long pile) should be shaken out after washing, so that the fibers fall back into place and remove any excess fibers.
