Welcome to our shop policies.

* Due to the nature of the Internet and the World Wide Web Bags by Flowerpot is operated from Lucca, Italy where we live on a semi-permanent basis and it is from here we make and dispatch all our creations. However because we are English citizens and normally target the UK all items have 15% UK tax included.

* All our totes have been uniquely handmade in a smoke-free environment although we do have a cat - Bizet - who loves to stick his furry little nose into everything so our apologies if your allergic.

*Because every item is handmade we have taken great care and paid special attention to every detail making sure that the item is in perfect condition before we dispatch it to you.

Cancellation and return policy

* If you would like to return an item to us please contact us in the first instance stating your reasons.

* If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it we will gladly accept it within 7 days after you have received the item.

* If your item gets lost being returned to us we cannot be held responsible and will only refund 50% of the price of the item.

* We must receive the item in perfect condition and we cannot be held responsible for the postage and packaging charges you will incur.

* You will receive a full refund minus our postage charges within 5 working days upon receipt of the item.

Postage and payment policy

PAYMENT

* We love Paypal and we prefer Paypal and we only accept Paypal for International orders outside of the UK.

SHIPPING

* All items are dispatched via Italian Priority Post and will normally be received within the European Union within 3-5 working days.

* We always take care packing and sending our items so we cannot be held responsible for poor handling by postal offices. Although so far we have never had any complaints and all our items have been received in perfect condition.

* For international orders we will always state that the item is a gift and although it has never come into question we cannot be held responsible for any customs tax applied.

* The prices stated for UK delivery also includes other countries within the European Community. Because it is not possible to list them all, please message me with the bag you are interested in and I will add the country.
