We accept: credit cards through Paypal credit card processor, money orders (USA only), and personal checks (USA only). Items bought with personal checks will not be shipped until the check has cleared. This may take several weeks, so please keep this in mind if you choose this payment method. At this time we only process credit cards through Paypal.

Shipping information:

After purchase, your order will be shipped within 72 hrs via first class mail. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival of your purchases.

Product Guarantee:

We want you to be happy with your product and will gladly work with you to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us with the email address given on your receipt.

Items that are received in damaged condition are gladly refunded or replaced upon return of the item. Damaged items must be mailed for return within 5 days of receipt for full refund. Replacement items will be available in most situations and will be mailed within 72 hrs of return of the damaged item via first class mail at no additional expense.

Items in their original unworn condition may be postmarked/returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns are done at the buyer’s expense and we take no responsibility for packages lost in transit. With the returned item, please include a copy of the original invoice, a brief note explaining why the item is being returned, and the item carefully wrapped in the original packaging material.

Repairs:

We hold great pride in our wares and will gladly repair any items that break.

If the damage is done through normal wear and tear within the first 6 months, the items will be repaired free of charge, shipping charges not included.

If the item breaks due to other factors or outside of the 6 month period, we will gladly repair the items for a fee. Repair costs vary and are based on time and the costs of the materials involved. Repairs may not be available for items that are severely damaged or are old enough for us to not have the necessary parts on hand to repair them. Please email us if you are interested, so we can let you know if a repair is possible and give you a quote for the repairs.

Cancellation and return policy

Each item ships via USPS first class mail.

For domestic purchases:
Shipping for one item: 1.75 euro
each additional item: 0.40 euro

for international purchases:
Shipping for one item: 2.75 euro
each additional item: 0.60 euro

After the order is sent to me, I will confirm the purchase with you and correct shipping at that time. Please pay within 3 days or the order may be canceled!
