If you've purchased an item from this shop and absolutely love it - then send over a photo and be featured in my customer appreciation gallery!
• Every single piece is handmade and therefore unique. No one piece is 100% identical, which for me is the charm of artisan jewellery.
• Due to color differences in your computer monitor and mine - colors may appear a bit different in person than they do online. I try my best to post photos with as accurate a color representation as I can, but all monitors display a bit differently so it is hard to know how it appears on your monitor versus mine. If the exact shade is important to you - please message me for help!
Cancellation and return policy
You can cancel an order anytime before your payment, just let me know by throwing me a message.
Returns, refunds and repairs
Of course, I hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you have any problems please contact me and we will sort it out.
For returns I must be notified within 3 days of receipt. You will need to send it back to me in its original condition and packaging for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. After receiving the item I will inspect it and if found in re-salable condition, refund your payment excluding all postage and packing charges.
Please ensure you use an adequate method of postage and compensation for the value of the item being returned, and obtain a proof of posting. I do not refund for returns that are lost in the post, you will have to claim from the postal service yourself if this ever occurs.
All shipping costs for returns will be paid by the buyer.
All items must be returned in original condition.

Repairs to your item can be done at the cost of materials needed for the repair (to be paid by buyer). All shipment costs for repairs to be paid by the buyer (includes shipping item to me, the cost to ship the item back to you and possible custom charges). Repairs will be made up to 6 months after purchase.
Postage and payment policy
Payment must be made immediately after your dawanda order is placed. If payment is not received and no contact has been made within 4 days I will need to cancel the sale and relist the item. For the moment payment can only be done via Bank transfer. Have to have a closer look at PayPal before I want to work with them.
I ship items within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received. For those of my beethingies that are listed as made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for the making of the item before shipping. I will give you an estimated shipping time on receipt of your purchase, and contact you again to confirm when your item is in the post and winging its merry way to you.
Items are shipped via national mail (at the moment Correos/Spanish National Mail), unless stated otherwise. Within Spain delivery will take (approximately) between 1-3 working days, within Europe 3-10.
For items over 25€ you may wish to consider adding postal insurance and/or delivery tracking (depending on location). If you would like to discuss the myriad methods of much faster shipping then please contact me to discuss a quote.
Delivery times will vary due to each country’s customs clearance times. As a rough estimate, shipping to the USA takes around 5 to 15 days.
Any customs & excise taxes, fees and duties incurred during delivery are levied by countries at different rates. I do not include these fees in the price. I accept no responsibility for any fees that occur. Please refer to the customs and excise regulations for your country to assess any liabilities and estimate any possible fees.
International returns cannot be accepted due to these customs charges.
If your dawanda address and your delivery address are different then it is your responsibility to let me know which address to send it to. i will not accept responsibility for items sent to the wrong address if you have not provided such information.
All items are securely packaged. If you need any special rapping, gift, birthday, etc just let me know and I see what I can do ;)
