There are dozens of small floating islands in BigskyWorld .. more than dozens, because no one knows how big Bigskyworld is .. or where it ends .. or even if it has an end.
And as there is virtually no gravity, the islands in Bigskyworld float freely throughout space. Consequently, what is higher can become lower, and what is to the Left, can
become to the Right ..if you see what i mean.
The floating worlds are populated by characters, creatures and wild beasts.. truth be known, the beasts are quiet gentle really. And there are visitors to Bigskyworld, tourists, hikers, adventures, and the like. Jo and her pet dog Newton are two adventures visiting Bigskyworld right now. You will see them often.
Some folks say Bigskyworld and it's inhabitants are crazy, perhaps even dangerous. But i know that is going too far. It is true the lack of gravitational pull has led to some odd physical characteristics in Bigskyworld and this has led to some oddities and eccentricities, in the behavour of the residents, but that's as far as it goes. For instance you will find wild beasts parachuting down through the skies, while the monks in the monastery spend their time trampoline jumping, and a tall mysterious bird, silently gazes out over Bigskyworld from his tiny island. On occasion he does a silent rythmic dance. No one knows why.
However, there is one "nuisance" character in Bigskyworld, whom you will meet soon enough. He's not dangerous or evil at all, but he does have special powers, and when he's in a playful mood and wants to have fun, he can be quite a nuisance.
Its going to be quite a journey in Bigskyworld, and it will take some time, so you have to be patient, plus Bigskyworld is growing all the time. But slowly the characters and places in Bigskyworld, will become familiar to you, and soon there will be the Bigskyworld story to follow.
