I accept payments through PayPal and Google checkout (who accept all major credit cards and don't charge the merchant fees :-) ). If you choose Google Checkout, please send me your email address and I will email an invoice to you.
If your order is shipped to CA I will have to include a 7.75% sales tax charge.

Cancellation and return policy
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Birdland Creations, please email me first within 3 day of receipt of the item. All items must be returned in original condition. There are no refunds for shipping costs.
Wenn du, aus welchem Grund auch immer, mit deinem Kauf bei Birdland Creations nicht zufrieden bist, bitte schick mir vor der Rücksendung zuerst eine E-mail innerhalb von drei Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware.
Die Ware muss in Ihrem Originalzustand zurückgegeben werden. Die Versandkosten für die Rücksendung werden nicht erstattet.
En cas de problème, ou si vous n’êtes pas satisfait de votre achat pour quelque raison que ce soit, envoyez-moi un email dans les 3 jours de réception de votre article.
L’article doit être dans sa condition originale pour tout renvoi.

Postage and payment policy
Most items will ship within 2 days. Standard shipping pricing is quoted but it can also be shipped by priority mail to Europe for 7.60 Euros or in the US for 3.50 Euros. Please ask for quotes for other shipping alternatives.
Die meisten Stücke kommen innerhalb von 2 Tagen in den Versand. Standard 1. Klasse-Versandkosten sind gelistet, aber die Sachen können auch per Express für 7,50€ nach Europa, oder für 3,50€ innerhalb der USA verschickt werden.
