• Credit card: Online via Paypal at the time of your order. For more information, check out the terms and conditions described on the Paypal website www.paypal.com.
Paypal provides an easy and efficient way to send money without having to create an account, only an email address is necessary.
• Check: Payment with check is only possible if your check is in Euros and from a bank located in either France or Monaco.
If you pay with check, I will cash the check once I receive it.
The check should be made out to BLOOMI – VENEL and send to the following address: BLOOMI –VENEL 39 Avenue Ernest Reyer 75014 Paris.
French bank cards and all international VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted.
To ensure the security of all payments, payments with a bank card will be made through the secure Paypal intermediary payment system. Following your order, you will be directed to a secure payment page where you are asked to indicate your bank card information.
The ordered products remain a property of BLOOMI Paris until they are delivered to the customer and the customer has paid for the order in full.

Shipping
After shipment, the package will take 8 to 15 days to be delivered to its country of destination. BLOOMI will inform the customer in case of minor delays in processing and delivery after the order has been paid in full.
Most of the BLOOMI products are in stock and ready to be shipped. If the product is not in stock and it will be handmade upon your order, it will take five extra days to be delivered.
If paying by credit card, the shipping time specified above will start from the receivement of your payment and correspond to the processing and delivery time.
If paying by check, the order will be processed only after having received and cashed the check.
BLOOMI cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery. In case of a delay, BLOOMI will notify the customer via email.
Upon receivement of the package, the customer must notify the carrier and BLOOMI of any problems with the delivered product (damaged package, package already opened,…) Depending on the individual case, the customer might benefit from the exchange and reimbursement conditions explained in the refund policy.
