Cancellation and return policy

I ship first class - $2.50 in the US, 2.50 in Canada, and $5.50 USD for Great Britain. You must return an item in 2 weeks of purchase, when I receive it I will issue a refund. In general if you are unhappy with a bead, I would like to remake it free of charge and with no further shipping when I send it back.
