Cancellation and return policy

I cannot accept returns on pillows unless they are damaged.
I will not refund, just exchange unless I have sent a defective product or not as shown.

Postage and payment policy

I have tried hard to estimate postage costs. If I have charged too much I will refund. If I have charged way too little we may have to work together so we are both happy.
